Jayaraman started his scientific career at the age of 22 joining the eliteScientific Officers’ Training School of the Atomic Energy Establishment of theGovernment of India.He had a remarkable career in Atomic Energy for forty years in Science Technologyand Management. He retired as Head of Media Relations of Bhabha Atomic ResearchCentre.After retirement, he served as professor of Environmental Engineering atSingapore.Later he worked as Dean at a B-School in Palakkad. Presently he is the PrincipalScientific Advisor to HSNC University, Mumbai.He holds a PhD in Science, a PGDMM in Management and a Diploma in Engineering. He is the President of STEAM Academy and the Chairperson of the National Centre for Science communicators. He is an elected member in the PCST Global Network Scientific Committee. He serves as a member of the Academic Councils of several prestigious Colleges. He is a Trustee of Indian development Foundation. He is a dedicated bilingual Science communicator in English and Malayalam. He has authored 25 science books, written over 5000 popular science articles and delivered over 60,000 hours of discourse in Science, Technology, Innovation and Management. He has won the International Copernicus Award for Science popularization from Poland. He is a peripatetic professor of Science Communication having interacted with audiences in the US,UK, Japan, Korea, Singapore, Malaysia, China and the Middle East and numerous schools, colleges Universities.

Veteran of 3 educational start-ups including the current one born during the
Covid19 incubation - ACE that combines sports and education, Fatema is an
award-winning educator who has donned many hats including defacto Principal,
Trustee, Managing Director to name a few, is an avid blogger, recognised as
parenting expert, shortly authoring books on educator resources & parenting. She
is a consultant to many schools both national & international (set up close to
40 pan India), on the advisory board of several organisations, she’s passionate
about skilling teachers, designing content that is relevant for students and
working with changing mindsets through parenting workshops, school improvement
initiatives & student engagements. With close to 2 decades of experience in
education, Fatema is the recipient of several honours including the Indian
Achiever’s Award 2021. Started her career in the corporate world with Banking &
Media before the shift to education after completing her Master’s in Business
Administration. Fatema volunteers her time to several non profit initiatives
such as the Ray Foundation and was recently appointed as Advisor to WICCI’s
Eldercare initiative, enabling opportunities for senior citizens. As Vice
President of Early Childhood Association (ECA), Fatema is also the Mumbai
Territory Head for Association of Primary Education & Research (APER), forums
that bring early childhood and primary educators together.
She’s got a 16 year-old who she adores and a husband who's a celebrated
cricketer who is her partner in crime in the new initiative with Sports.
Recently, Fatema was also recognised as 'One of the Top 50 Indian Leaders Who
Can Revive Education by the prestigious Education World in 2020. She’s all about
creating disruptions and futuristic ideas! Loves writing, sports, reading,
travelling and street food!
Suniti Sharma was educated at Delhi University. She retired in April 2018 as Principal of Maharani Gayatri Devi Girls’ School, Jaipur. She has had a distinguished career in education, first as a teacher at The Air Force School, Subroto Park, New Delhi and then as Headmistress, The Scindia School, Gwalior, Principal, Scindia Kanya Vidyalaya, and Principal at the Global Indian International School, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. She has held the responsibility of Chairperson of the Indian Public Schools’ Conference and was awarded the Lifetime Achievement Award in Dec 2015 for her contribution to the IPSC and to the cause of education. She was President of both Sahodaya Gwalior and Sahodaya Jaipur, which are associations of CBSE schools. She has also been a Board Member on the CBSE Governing Body, and of several schools, including the General Council of Mayo College and Vidya Devi Jindal School, Hisar. In addition, she has been City Coordinator for various competitive exams such as NEET and JEE; Member, Inspection committees for CBSE affiliation and Resource Person for CBSE workshops on Life Skills. Her interests range from adventure sports, environment and travel to theatre and journalism.

Since 2015, Sharad has led the organization to grow about 10x benefitting 150,000+ students across India, middle east and North America. He has been instrumental in raising multiple investment rounds from marquee edtech investors including Navneet Futuretech Ltd a fully owned subsidiary of Navneet Education Ltd (NEL). In 2022, Sharad co-founded School of Technology Venture Creation (STVC), a section 8 company to provide experiential entrepreneurship education along with venture creation grants for engineering college students. In 2019, Forbes featured Sharad as Education Evangelist of India for his commendable work in the field of education. As has been his personal growth journey, he believes in giving back to the ecosystem by various means including angel investments in early-stage technology startups and accelerators. He is an investment committee member of Startup India See fund Scheme (SISFS) and Atal Innovation Seed fund scheme (AISFS) for AIC, Banasthali University, AIC Manipal University and AIC JK Lakshmi pat University. He utilizes his free time to mentor startup founders, brainstorm with likeminded people in education or technology sector, he has taken guest workshops at various incubators and speaks regularly on public or media forums such as Business Today, Forbes, Josh Talks, Rajasthan Startup Fest, TBCY, SGEF, IEEE, Vie stories and others.
